No matter what you currently look like: you are sexy asf! As for me, I have stretch marks and used to think I wasn’t sexy anymore but, now I know…my stretch marks represent hard work. Now, I embrace my beauty marks daily while twerking in my mirror!

Granted that you dance daily in your mirror there are two additional benefits: daily cardio and physical self-love. What’s so beautiful is that you are literally getting in a full-body workout which in turn will help your heart all while having a great time! Finally, yet importantly, loving oneself will help you to love others more.
